The Dialect Press Poetry Salon comes to Nottingham on 6th June for a collection of readings, conversation and independent publishing.
This event brings together the writers of Dialect Press and it’s plantable poetry imprint, DIRT (recently shortlisted for the Michael Marks Publisher Award) for a celebration of the imagination and experimentation that small presses make possible.
With featured readers including Nottingham-based Elvire Roberts (North by Northnorth, Knee to Knee), Rachel Goodman (Knee to Knee), Derbyshire-based spoken word performer Charlie Sanderson, and award winning poet and non-fiction author JLM Morton, plus more to be confirmed.
Expect powerful readings, lively discussion, and a welcoming space to meet others shaping today’s poetry landscape.
