4.2 License Grant
By submitting User Content, you grant LeftLion Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
4.3 Our Intellectual Property
All content on Notts.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the Service, is owned by or licensed to LeftLion Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Notts.com offers paid services, including boosted event listings that provide enhanced visibility and promotional features. By purchasing paid services, you agree to:

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided for existing services.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate.

We do not warrant that:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEFTLION LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any User Content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
