DIY Poets presents an open mic event as part of the Nottingham Poetry Festival at The Grove in Sneinton Market. The evening welcomes poets of all levels to perform three-minute sets on stage or via video link displayed on the venue's screen. Sign-ups for open mic slots take place on the night.

Entry is free, though advance booking is recommended due to limited capacity. The Grove offers step-free access with flexible seating and standing options, alongside a full bar serving alcoholic and soft drinks. A donations hat will be circulated to support event costs.
