About this event

This free event, presented in collaboration with the National Holocaust Centre and Museum, offers a nuanced exploration of Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice within contemporary contexts. Join Emily Kelsey, senior educator at NHCM, and Rebecca Morris, Shakespeare practitioner at TRCH, as they examine how complex literary texts can be approached through the lens of modern Jewish experience and Holocaust education. The discussion will consider the relevance and challenges of engaging with historical works in today's world. Booking is required to attend.
