About this event
Northern Ballet brings Emily Brontë's gothic novel to the stage with this adaptation of Wuthering Heights. Set to original music by composer Claude-Michel Schönberg, the production explores the turbulent relationship between Cathy and Heathcliff across the Yorkshire moors. Choreographed by David Nixon CBE, the ballet combines dramatic storytelling with classical dance to examine themes of passion, obsession and revenge. The performance uses recorded music and runs for approximately two hours.
