Djanco returns to Peggy's Skylight on Sunday 19 July 2026 for an afternoon of gypsy jazz. Led by violinist Andy Aitchison, the ensemble draws inspiration from Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, and the bebop tradition, creating a vibrant blend of swing and improvisation.
The performance features the interplay between Aitchison's violin and Thom Whitworth's guitar, supported by Rich Whitworth on double bass and Robbie Caswell-Jones on rhythm guitar. The quartet engages the audience with playful exchanges and dynamic musicianship throughout their set.
Dining opens at 1pm, with the performance running from 2pm to 4pm, including an interval. Tables can be reserved and a menu is available in advance.
