Granny's Attic brings a dynamic approach to English folk music, combining traditional material with original compositions. The trio of Cohen Braithwaite-Kilcoyne (melodeon, anglo concertina, vocals), George Sansome (guitar, vocals) and Lewis Wood (violin, vocals) have developed their craft through extensive touring across the UK and Europe since 2009.

Known for their skilled interpretations and contemporary arrangements, the ensemble has earned recognition from major folk institutions and media outlets. Their recent albums, including The Brickfields and Cold Blows the Wind, demonstrate their range as both interpreters of traditional music and accomplished songwriters, appealing to both established folk audiences and those new to the genre.
