GAEREA returns to Rescue Rooms with special guests to present Loss, their fifth studio album and Century Media debut. The Portuguese collective continues to evolve their distinctive sound, blending post-black metal influences with the sharpened sonics and haunting melodies that defined their 2024 release Coma.
Recorded in early 2025, Loss showcases GAEREA's willingness to challenge expectations whilst maintaining the creative DNA that has defined their decade-long trajectory. The band incorporates diverse musical influences across post-hardcore and shoegaze territories, crafting a genre-defying approach that reflects both their musical and personal development.
