Italian Breads Baking Class

Join us at Pippley Cookery School with expert guest baker Steve Daniels (I Like It Bakery) for our Italian Bread Making Class in Nottingham, part of our summer of beautiful breads.

This hands-on Italian bread course introduces you to the craft of focaccia and ciabatta bread making, teaching you how to grow, shape, and bake flavour packed loaves from scratch.

What’s included 

• Lunch & refreshments
• On-site free parking
• Apron, all cooking utensils and ingredients
• Pippley Walled Garden tour with our head gardener

What you’ll need to bring 

• A pen and paper to take notes
• Wear clothing you don’t mind getting mucky (easy roll up sleeves)

This class  is suitable for ages 16 and over. Children from 12-15 are very welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult also participating in the course. These bread making and cooking classes in Nottingham are designed to be welcoming and practical, whether you’re a confident home baker or a complete beginner.
