Led by saxophonist Matt Anderson, the group performs original compositions inspired by Shorter's post-bop approach, alongside reimagined versions of his well-known and overlooked works. The quintet features trumpeter Quentin Collins, pianist Rob Barron, bassist Rio Kai, and drummer Sam Gardner.
