Winter Woodland Santa's Grotto offers a festive self-led experience through Brewhouse Yard at Nottingham Castle. Visitors will encounter Santa or his helpers as part of a themed Snowy Adventure, with children receiving a complimentary gift included in their ticket price. Under 1's receive free entry with a paying adult, though no gift is provided for this age group.

The grotto operates independently from Nottingham Castle itself. Located at postcode NG7 1FB, visitors should allow 10-15 minutes to reach Brewhouse Yard before their allocated timeslot. Additional queuing time may be necessary during peak periods. Please note that standard castle admission applies separately if castle access is also desired. Prams and buggies are discouraged due to the building's historical nature and may be stored on-site upon arrival.
