Flint Moore are an award‑winning alternative rock band from Downham Market in the UK, formed around 2013. They’re a five‑piece featuring Francis Pennington (vocals, guitar), Madeline Holland (bass), Lawrence Dennis (lead guitar), Ryan Reeve (piano/keys) and Noah Elliott (drums).

Drawing on influences from 90s grunge, rock, post‑rock and folk, Flint Moore blend emotional songwriting with dynamic arrangements - from raw, powerful rock moments to more reflective, melodic passages.

They gained international attention when their song “Yellowman Blueheart” won first prize in the International Songwriting Competition’s rock category, competing against entries from thousands of artists worldwide.

Their 2024 album The Aches and the End expands on their sound with ten tracks that balance grunge‑tinged energy and introspective depth, and they continue to build a strong presence on the UK live circuit.
