With over 25 years of experience across SoundCloud, PRS for Music, iTunes/Apple Music, Warner Chappell, and more, she brings deep expertise in music publishing, royalties, and streaming. As Founder of music:defined - a consultancy empowering creators and execs to navigate ‘the business behind the music’ - she is known for turning complexity into clarity, and helping independent creators get paid, get credited, and get heard.
A fierce advocate for equity in music, supporting initiatives like PRS Foundation’s POWER UP and UKIPO’s Metadata Education Group through mentorship and education. Bob is also VP of Music + Commercial at SoundCloud, shaping global licensing strategy and champions fair pay for creators.
