£30 - £36
Nottingham Hot Property has long been celebrated for uniting the region’s built environment professionals through music. Since its inception in 2004, over 12,000 people have attended the event, helping to raise over £450,000 for local causes through ticket sales and on the night donations. Previous charities have included Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, Young Lives vs Cancer and Alex’s Wish.
This year, the spotlight turns to Base 51, an organisation dedicated to supporting young people aged 11-24 across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. For over three decades, Base 51 has worked to improve mental wellbeing and reduce social isolation through their counselling provision and youth outreach services. With 1 in 4 young people now suffering with their mental health, the charity's work provides vital support to the area's most vulnerable.
Darren York, CEO at Base 51, said: “Nottingham Hot Property is one of the highlights of the charity fundraising year, and Base 51 is absolutely delighted to have been chosen as the charity partner for 2026. Our work supporting young people’s wellbeing through youth work, counselling and volunteering is more in demand than it has ever been. During challenging economic times like these, the funds that will be raised by Nottingham Hot Property will be absolutely invaluable to us.”
This year’s event will feature an outstanding line-up of live performances, with attendees also able to take advantage of a glitter station and a collection of food and drinks from the Binks Yard outdoor menu, while enjoying the lively atmosphere of the event.
