Santa’s Frozen Adventure

Santa's Frozen Adventure offers a festive self-guided experience through the historic rooms beneath Wollaton Hall. Visitors will encounter Santa or his helpers throughout this themed adventure, which takes place inside the Hall. Children receive a complimentary gift with their ticket as part of this standalone Christmas activity.

The experience begins at the Lakeside West Entrance via the Courtyard. Visitors should arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to reach the meeting point, particularly during peak periods when queuing may occur. The indoor route features steps throughout the below-stairs areas, and prams or buggies are discouraged; these may be stored in a designated holding area upon arrival due to the building's historical nature.

This ticket provides access to Santa's Frozen Adventure only and does not include entry to the Natural History Museum. Standard admission charges apply separately for museum access.
