Santa's Frozen Adventure offers visitors a festive self-led experience through the historic grounds of Wollaton Hall. Guests will encounter Santa or his helpers during the Snowy Adventure walk, which explores the Hall's below-stairs areas. All children receive a complimentary gift with their ticket purchase.

The activity operates independently and uses the Lakeside West Entrance via the Courtyard. Please note this ticket provides access only to Santa's Frozen Adventure; separate admission applies for the Natural History Museum. Visitors should allow 10-15 minutes to reach the meeting point, with additional time possible during peak periods. The indoor route includes steps throughout, and prams or buggies are discouraged.
