Santa's Frozen Adventure offers visitors a festive self-led experience through the historic areas beneath Wollaton Hall. Guests will encounter Santa and his helpers throughout the themed walk, creating a memorable Christmas outing for families. All children receive a complimentary gift with their ticket.

This activity operates as a standalone Christmas experience, accessed via the Lakeside West Entrance through the Courtyard. Visitors should allow 10-15 minutes before their allocated timeslot to reach the meeting point. The indoor route features steps and below-stairs passages, so prams and buggies are discouraged. Standard museum admission applies separately for those wishing to visit the Hall's Natural History Museum. Parking charges apply.
