Santa's Frozen Adventure offers visitors a festive self-led experience through the below-stairs areas of Wollaton Hall. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Santa or his helpers as part of a themed snowy adventure. All children receive a complimentary gift with their ticket. The activity operates as a standalone Christmas experience, accessed via the Lakeside West Entrance through the Courtyard. Please note that this ticket provides access to Santa's Frozen Adventure only; separate admission applies for the Hall's Natural History Museum. Visitors should allow 10-15 minutes to reach the meeting point and anticipate potential queuing during peak times. Parking charges apply to the venue.
