Santa's Frozen Adventure offers a festive self-guided experience within Wollaton Hall, where visitors encounter Santa or his helpers during a themed snowy adventure. The activity includes an indoor walk through the historic below stairs areas of the Hall, providing a distinctive seasonal attraction for families.

Participants receive a complimentary gift with their ticket. Access is via the Lakeside West Entrance through the Courtyard, operating as a standalone activity separate from the Hall's Natural History Museum. Visitors should allow 10-15 minutes to reach the meeting point and anticipate potential queuing during peak times. Please note that parking charges apply and standard admission fees are required for separate museum access.
