A two-hour sanctuary of calm, away from the hustle and bustle, to help lift the January blues.
Following the response to our Festive Slowdown evenings, both of which filled within days, it feels special to be gathering again and continuing this offering.
Throughout January and February we remain in deep winter here in the UK, and we want to offer you a space to find peace in the wintering and gently soften into it.
🗓️ Monday 26th January, 6.30–8.30pm
(soft arrival from 6.15pm)
📍 Upper Saxondale Community Hall, NG12 2NS (near Radcliffe-On-Trent)
What to expect:
The first half of the evening will be led by Eva (@omwitheva), guiding you into rest through slow, gentle movement. You’ll remain seated or lying down throughout. This isn’t yoga that feels like a workout. It’s yoga that invites a whole-body softening, with breath-led, intentional movement.
The second half of the evening will be led by Michelle (@serene_souls_wellbeing), guiding you deeper into rest through meditation and restorative alchemy crystal bowl sound healing. Michelle creates a cocoon of frequency, vibration, and stillness to soothe the nervous system and support emotional, energetic, and physical harmony.
