Npo Family Concert - a Royal Celebration

The Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra presents its Annual Family Prom, a musical celebration fit for royalty. Conducted by Mark Heron and presented by Aled Jones, this concert takes audiences on a journey through beloved film and musical scores.
From the Arabian Nights of Scheherazade to the galaxy of Star Wars, the programme features music from iconic films and stage productions including Aladdin, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and The King and I. Gaming enthusiasts will recognise themes from The Legend of Zelda, while fans of classic adventure stories can enjoy music from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. The evening culminates with singalong moments featuring ABBA and coronation music Crown Imperial.
This family-friendly concert offers something for all ages, combining orchestral arrangements of familiar melodies with the grandeur of a live orchestra performance.
