About this event

LYR brings together UK Poet Laureate Simon Armitage, producer and multi-instrumentalist Patrick Pearson, and singer-songwriter Richard Walters. The trio have established themselves through previous sold-out performances, a 2025 BBC Proms appearance, and two critically received albums. Their current tour represents their most comprehensive series of dates to date.

LYR's performances combine lyrical poetry with expansive soundscapes and vocal expression, drawing audiences seeking contemporary music that merges literary and musical artistry. This Nottingham show offers an opportunity to experience the collaborative work of three distinctive artists performing together.
