The Poppy and Pint

Spacious, warm, bright, airy, diverse and at the heart of the community is how we’d describe the Poppy. The pub, which is nestled between the Lady Bay Tennis Club and Bowling Green, comprises of three areas: the café bar, a traditional bar and a dining room.

The Poppy and Pint is renowned for some of the best food in Nottingham, created by Vanessa McGuire and her team, ranging from classics to European and Mediterranean inspired dishes. The pub also showcases a wide range of real ales (with a focus on local beers) as well as real ciders. A brand new craft beer wall also serves some of the most exciting new beers produced today.
