About this event
Mista Shotta brings decades of experience to The Malt Cross, with a DJ career spanning since 1992. Known for curating sets that blend soul and funk across multiple genres, he draws from Funk, Soul, Disco, Northern Soul, Jazz-Funk, Latin, Afrobeat, House and Trip-Hop.
Having contributed to notable Nottingham club collectives including Rumpshaker, Tribal Unity and Ghostfoot, Mista Shotta's most extensive residency was with Fever, where he spent ten years developing their percussive Jazz-Funk-Afro-Latin-House and Hip-Hop programming across various venues throughout the city.
