Mista Shotta brings over three decades of DJing experience to The Malt Cross, drawing from a rich history on the Nottingham music scene since 1992. His sets span genres including funk, soul, disco, northern soul, jazz-funk, Latin, Afrobeat, house and hip-hop, unified by their soulful and funky essence.
A founding member of several influential club collectives including Rumpshaker, Tribal Unity and Ghostfoot, Mista Shotta spent a decade resident at Fever, where he helped establish their distinctive percussive blend of jazz-funk, Afro-Latin and house sounds across multiple Nottingham venues. Join him for an evening of carefully curated music and authentic dancefloor energy.
