Zach Thompson is a folk singer rooted in the bardic and balladeer traditions of the British and Irish isles. Born and raised in West Yorkshire, Thompson has developed his craft through years of performances across South-East London venues, drawing influence from English Modernism, French Symbolist poetry, Appalachian folk, and the Beat Generation.
Thompson's distinctive vocal presence forms the foundation of his work, recently captured on his debut EP, Algebra Parable. Recorded live with a nine-piece band at Fish Factory studios in London, the release showcases both his commitment to live sound dynamics and his considered songwriting approach.
