Picky New Promotions presents Dutch jazz punk five-piece SHOOM at The Grove on Monday 18 May 2026. The band delivers an energetic blend of instrumental music featuring unusual rhythms, prominent guitar work, and saxophone-driven compositions. Drawing influences from artists including black midi, Charlie Parker, Clube Da Esquina, and Talking Heads, SHOOM has built momentum since 2022, performing at notable venues and festivals across Europe including ESNS, SPOT festival, and ChangeOver Belgrade.

The evening includes support from London-based SMALL CLAIMS TRIO and a further act to be confirmed. Doors open at 7:30 pm. Tickets are £10 plus fees in advance. Event restricted to 18+ attendees.
