About this event

Conscious Pilot comprises Joe Laycock, Emmy Leishman, Chris McCrory and Jack Sharp. Formed in 2023 when songwriters Joe and Jack relocated from Yorkshire to Glasgow, the band blends the musical backgrounds of its members—who have featured in Cheap Teeth, Catholic Action and Big Girls Blouse—into a cohesive sound defined by fast-paced beats and flowing melodies.

The group has established itself within the UK live music circuit through extensive touring and a 2025 European venture, including performances at Hamburg's Reeperbahn Festival. Following the release of two EPs via Devil Duck Records, "Epoxy Plains" and "Wipe Clean," Conscious Pilot will release their debut LP "Human Poultry" on 8 May 2026.
