Scott Lavene presents Cars, Buses, Bedsits and Shops Tour at Bodega on Tuesday 27 January 2026 at 19:00. Following the release of his album Disneyland in Dagenham, which drew on Essex and East End imagery, Lavene returns with a new collection featuring dark humour, observational storytelling, and distinctive love songs.
The British artist has built a reputation for witty, character-driven songwriting rooted in post-punk sensibilities. His 2025 album Cars, Buses, Bedsits and Shops continues this narrative approach. After extensive touring and festival appearances at Glastonbury, End of the Road, Lakefest and Boia, Lavene brings his UK tour to Nottingham.
