Tap & Growler

Aaron and Carrie Butler opened the Tap & Growler on Saturday 26th September 2015 after a long and tiring journey of excitement, doubt, stress and sleepness nights.

We have now opened our doors to the local community, serving mainly local ales created by independent breweries, in an environment that is focused on bringing back the welcoming atmosphere of the 'Free House' of the past. We also hope to provide a 'take-away' service for real ale enthusiasts to enjoy draught ale in the comfort of their own home. And for those who aren't keen on beer, a selection of traditional cider and wine will also be available.
