This hands-on STEM workshop invites children to explore sound and science by constructing a tonoscope from everyday recycling materials. Participants will work with experienced STEM practitioners to build a functional instrument they can take home, learning practical principles of acoustics and engineering in the process.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a cardboard tube and large plastic container such as a yoghurt pot or pot noodle container, though spare materials will be provided for those without.
