The final instalment of Wagner's Ring Cycle explores themes of deception, betrayal and redemption. Sung in German with English subtitles, Götterdämmerung depicts a world in turmoil as the gods face their twilight. When Siegfried is manipulated into betraying Brünnhilde, catastrophic consequences unfold. Upon discovering her beloved's innocence, Brünnhilde takes decisive action, returning the ring to the Rhinemaidens and bringing the epic cycle to its dramatic conclusion.
