Dead Duck Film Club presents Takashi Miike's Audition on Tuesday 19th May at the Savoy Cinema. This Rotterdam Film Festival prize-winning film follows a widower whose film producer friend arranges a fake audition to help him meet a potential partner. When he selects a woman from the candidates, he discovers she is far more complicated and mysterious than her initial presentation suggests. This psychological thriller explores themes of deception and identity through Miike's distinctive directorial style.
