Join us at Pippley Cookery School for our Seasonal Soups & Sauces Cooking Workshop here in Nottingham.
If you’re not sure where to start with soups and sauces, our chefs will be teaching you what works together. Which flavours complement which textures and all the other tips and tricks you need to make the perfect soups and sauces.
It will be a day of foraging, chopping, seasoning and stirring in September and be ready for the winter chills!

What you’ll need to bring
- Tupperware to take home your goodies
- A pen and paper to take notes
- Wear clothing you don’t mind getting mucky (easy roll up sleeves)
Course suitable for ages 16 and over. Children from 12-15 are very welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult also participating in the course.
Wheelchair friendly site. Guide dogs welcome.
