About this event
Join us at Pippley Cookery School with expert guest baker Steve Daniels I Like It Bakery) for our Scandinavian Bread Making Class as part of our summer of beautiful breads series.
In this workshop you’ll be learning how to bake Cardamom & Cinnamon Buns, Rye Bread & Nordic Crackers.

- Apron, all cooking utensils and ingredients
- Pippley Walled Garden tour with our head gardener
What you’ll need to bring
- A pen and paper to take notes
- Wear clothing you don’t mind getting mucky (easy roll up sleeves)
Our bread making classes in Nottingham are suitable for ages 16 and over. Children from 12-15 are very welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult also participating in the course.
Wheelchair friendly site. Guide dogs welcome.
