Join us at Pippley Cookery School with expert guest baker Steve Daniels (I Like It Bakery) for our Scandinavian Bread Making Class in Nottingham, part of our summer of beautiful breads.
On this introduction to Scandinavian Baking you’ll be learning how to bake Cardamom & Cinnamon Buns, Rye Bread & Nordic Crackers.

What you’ll need to bring
- A pen and paper to take notes
- Wear clothing you don’t mind getting mucky (easy roll up sleeves)
Our bread making classes in Nottingham are suitable for ages 16 and over. Children from 12-15 are very welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult also participating in the course.
Wheelchair friendly site. Guide dogs welcome.
