This hands-on Italian bread course introduces you to the craft of focaccia and ciabatta bread making, teaching you how to grow, shape, and bake flavour packed loaves from scratch.

What you’ll need to bring
This Italian bread making class is suitable for ages 16 and over. Children from 12-15 are very welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult also participating in the course. These bread making and cooking classes in Nottingham are designed to be welcoming and practical, whether you’re a confident home baker or a complete beginner.
