Join us at Pippley Cookery School with expert guest baker Steve Daniels (I Like It Bakery) for another Italian Bread Making Class in Nottingham.
This hands-on Italian bread course introduces you to the craft of focaccia and ciabatta bread making, teaching you how to grow, shape, and bake flavour packed loaves from scratch.
Roll up your sleeves and dig in as we teach you how to grow your dough. Midday will have a bread including a lunch and refreshments, followed by a guided tour of our pantry and kitchen gardens with our head gardener. Back to bread making in the afternoon, where you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions. Bagging up your legendary loafs to take home when the day ends around 4pm.
