Me & Mr Jones Quartet takes over Peggy's Skylight for an intimate Valentine's evening of jazz, soul, and blues. Featuring Peggy's founders Rachel and Paul alongside bassist Simon Paterson and drummer Stevie Smith, the quartet performs reimagined classics from the Great American Songbook alongside original compositions. Drawing inspiration from Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, and contemporary artists, the programme blends sophisticated arrangements with soulful interpretation. Rachel's mature vocal presence commands the sophisticated sound, whilst Paul's inventive piano work anchors the ensemble's dynamic approach to jazz and blues standards.
Two seated shows available with dining options. First show: 6:45pm (doors 6pm). Second show: 9:15pm (doors 8:30pm). Both performances run 75 minutes with no interval.
