Peggy's House Band celebrates the enduring legacy of Sonny Rollins, one of jazz's most influential saxophonists. This evening focuses on his landmark 1956 album Saxophone Colossus, featuring memorable compositions including 'St Thomas' and 'Mack The Knife' alongside other notable works from Rollins' extensive catalogue.
The performance brings together tenor saxophonist Eliot Richards, pianist Paul Deats, bassist Simon Paterson, and drummer Andrew Woody Wood. Doors open at 7pm with the performance running from 8pm to 10pm, including an interval.
