Electric Gumbo brings together seasoned musicians and emerging talent to deliver a distinctive blend of jazz, funk, and electronic music. Led by acclaimed bassist and composer Simon Paterson, the ensemble features vocalist Rachel Foster, trombonist Magnus Hawker-French, multi-instrumentalist Thom Whitworth, alongside Paul Deats on electric piano and synths and drummer Stevie Smith. The group's debut release, 'It's On!', has already garnered attention on Jazz FM and music press outlets.

The performance at Peggy's Skylight runs from 8pm to 10pm with an interval, following doors at 7pm. This live show offers an opportunity to experience Electric Gumbo's approach to contemporary jazz and funk composition in an intimate venue setting.
