Deadbeat Brass brings a dynamic 10-piece ensemble of horn and percussion players to Peggy's Skylight, delivering a distinctive fusion of New Orleans jazz, funk, and Latin grooves. Based in Huddersfield, the band combines energetic live performances with an inventive approach to both covers and original compositions.
The group has built a reputation across the UK festival circuit, including appearances at Kendal Calling, Beat-herder, and London Remixed Festival. They have supported notable acts such as The Apples, Hot 8 Brass Band, and Craig Charles. Following their 2017 debut album Charge and a recent live EP, the band continues to develop their distinctive sound with plans for a new studio recording.
Doors open at 7pm for diners and 7:30pm for standing guests, with the performance beginning at 8pm. Seating is reserved for diners only.
