Moments of Becoming is a new exhibition by Nottingham artists Carole Ellis and Paul Searson, bringing together two distinctive artistic voices in a celebration of creativity, transformation and the moments that shape our lives.
Coinciding with Nottingham's graduation season, the exhibition explores the idea that becoming is not confined to youth or education—it is a lifelong journey of discovery, resilience and reinvention.
Visitors will experience an exciting collection of original paintings, sculptural mixed-media works and innovative contemporary art, including Carole Ellis's internationally recognised fluid and resin creations alongside Paul Searson's expressive fine art. From immersive colour and intricate textures to thought-provoking compositions, every piece invites viewers to pause, reflect and connect.
