Come along to our Free Tag Rugby Taster Session on Wednesday 13th May at Nottingham Moderns RFC, in Wilford.

👋 Never played Tag Rugby before? No problem - beginners are especially welcome!

Tag Rugby is a non-tackling, mixed-gender team sport that’s all about having fun, meeting new people and staying active. It’s easy to learn and we’ll show you everything you need to know on the day.

Tag Rugby is new to Nottingham, but it’s already one of the UK’s fastest growing social sports, with over 11,000 people playing weekly last summer.

Whether you're sporty or not, super fit or just getting started – everyone’s welcome. Lots of people come along on their own, so don’t worry if you don’t know anyone yet.

Nottingham Moderns RFC is easily accessible and within walking distance from Nottingham city centre.

What to expect:

• A fun introduction to Tag Rugby
• Mixed teams and friendly games
• A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
• The chance to meet new people in Nottingham

The session is completely free – we just ask that you register HERE in advance so we know how many people to expect.
