Creators in Residence: Notts Space - 'FlatSat'

About this event
Nottingham Central Library hosts the first workshop of the Creators in Residence program, featuring Notts Space. This 'FlatSat' Satellite Building and Testing session invites participants to construct, code, and test a working model satellite.
The workshop comprises two parts. Initially, participants will explore satellite functionality, build electronic circuits using breadboards, and develop coding skills. The second part focuses on troubleshooting and sensor calibration, encouraging problem-solving through hands-on testing and refinement.
Participants may take home a complimentary Arduino microcontroller. This program is supported by Libraries Connected and Arts Council England.
