Celebrating Disability Sport in Nottinghamshire

This exhibition and launch party celebrates the history of disability sport in Nottinghamshire, with a focus on cerebral palsy sport and its established presence in the city. Produced by the National Paralympic Heritage Trust in partnership with Cerebral Palsy Sport and local community members, the event offers insight into the development of disability sport from grassroots level through to Paralympic pathways.

The evening features short talks from key figures involved in shaping disability sport locally, followed by the opportunity to explore the exhibition and meet individuals featured within it. Visitors will gain an understanding of how Nottinghamshire has contributed to disability sport development over time.
