Assunta and Lou After School Art Club

Join Assunta and Lou, an artist mother and daughter duo, for an engaging After School Art Club at Nottingham Central Library. This session welcomes children aged 3-11 years and their parents or guardians to explore creative possibilities together.

Participants will experiment with both digital and traditional art media, layering drawing, painting, and collage techniques over digital prints. The session uses a range of materials including watercolour, gouache, pastels, crayons, and marker pens, so attendees are advised to dress for creative mess.

The club provides a relaxed environment designed to encourage artistic exploration and collaboration between children and adults. Six spaces are available for children, with each requiring a parent or carer to be present throughout the session. A photo permission form and additional requirements will be sent to attendees prior to the event.
