Assunta and Lou After School Art Club

About this event

Assunta and Lou, an artist mother and daughter duo, invite children aged 3-11 and their parents or guardians to explore creative art-making at Nottingham Central Library. This After School Art Club session combines digital and traditional media, layering drawing, painting, and collage techniques over digital prints in a collaborative, relaxed environment.

Participants will work with a range of art materials including watercolour, gouache, pastels, crayons, and marker pens. The session encourages creativity and provides families with the opportunity to explore different artistic methods together. Attendees are advised to dress for mess. Six spaces are available, with each child requiring a parent or carer to be present throughout the session.

A photo permission and additional requirements form will be sent to registered attendees before the event.
