Mangata Music presents Anciients, a Canadian heavy metal band bringing their distinctive sound to Nottingham. The group has shared stages with notable acts including High on Fire, Goatwhore, Boris and Lamb of God, and won a JUNO Award in the heavy metal/hard rock category. Their performance showcases complex riffing, layered harmonics and dynamic tempo changes that characterise their approach to the genre.
Anciients are performing material from their latest album, Beyond the Reach of the Sun, as they continue their tour. The show takes place in the basement of Mist Rolling Inn. Please note this is a strictly 18+ event. The venue has no step-free access and no disabled toilet facilities.
