Join Thick & Tight for an inclusive dance workshop inspired by Natural Behaviour, their performance at Lakeside Arts.

Grounded in rigorous technique and playful experimentation, this session invites movers of all backgrounds to explore character, transformation, and physical storytelling. Through guided improvisation and repertoire, they will open up their creative processes, welcoming curiosity, difference, and collective discovery in a supportive, embodied space.
